Unless otherwise stated, we, our licensors or The Co-operative own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You must not:

(4) Registered users
Access to certain areas of our website is restricted to registered users.
You must be at least 14 years of age to become a registered user. By applying to become a registered user, you warrant that you are at least 14 years of age.
In order to become a registered user, you must complete the registration form which includes entering your email address and postcode. In the future we may ask for other basic information about yourself.
By applying to become a registered user you promise to use the Vanishing of the Bees website only for the Purpose which is stated at the beginning of the Terms
You warrant that all the information you provide to us as part of the registration procedure is true, accurate, fair and complete.
You acknowledge that we may refuse to permit, or may insist that you change, any username that impersonates another person or breaches the provisions of Section 5 below.
Registered users will have access to such additional features on our website as we may from time to time determine in our sole discretion. Such additional features may include:
(a) the facility to complete a detailed personal profile on the website, to publish that profile on the website, and to restrict the publication of that profile to particular groups or individuals registered on the website;
(b) the facility to join website groups, and to share information amongst group members;

We will provide registered users with a username (ie their email address) and password to enable them to access the restricted areas of our website. Registered users must keep their username and password confidential.

(r) cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person; or
(s) be derogatory about or harmful or potentially harmful to any person
(t) be written in anything other than English.
Your user content must be appropriate, civil, tasteful and accord with generally accepted standards of etiquette and behaviour on the internet.
You must not upload user content that is or may be considered to be damaging to the business of The Co-operative Group, its values and principles, or inciting damage to The Co-operative Group brand. If any content is interpreted this way, it will be removed from the website and the user may be removed at our discretion.
You must not submit any user content to the website that is, or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
We reserve the right, in our entire discretion and without having to give notice or reasons, to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
